If wife dies,man can get another wife as wife doesn't have income. If man dies,wife should not get another man as man has income. Man can give his heart to five wives. But wife can't give her heart to another man without divorce from her man.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
