Marks are relative among class of 40 for the academic year in a school/college.
So any student should not aspire more than 66% marks.
If any student aspiring more than 66% marks,he/she will be insane(giving voice without adding name to it for legal binding towards consistency among social four).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
