Where are explanations,descriptions,opinions and investigations of every 1000 people AMONG other groups of 1000 people? There are just 7,20,000 groups of 1000 people in world now with 2.14 people rise per second. TIP:Think-write at world/city/district level at first.Think-write at work/voice/ /national/real level at next.Think-write at govt/sense/state/imagination level at last. Think-write principle is 'First is last.But last is not last'.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
