Can I hold readability of my social blog?

As indian police & USA govt.are unable to get out of their PUBLIC INSANITY(voicing without giving their names for LEGAL BINDING among social four to their social four each),I am collecting names and email addresses of all indian govt 32 dept heads and company CMDs now to send my social blog posts to their email addresses.
Its purpose is DIRECTION TO EXPAND SOCIAL VOICE FOR ELIMINATION OF CORRUPTION.
Purpose of sending my social-blog posts directly to their email addresses is TO DIRECT THEM TO OVERCOME MIND-PASSION TOWARDS MIND-SENSE by minimising search time of their information.
Indian govt.dept heads & company CMDs productivity & efficiency is dismal now.
