Anyone can ask anyone.
If media & business organisations have social character by court respect,then person/s have social character being business in their personal.
Then system changes into true from ambiguity & imagination.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
