Involve police inspectors in prosecution by chargesheet.

F.I.R.-investigation-chargesheet are Cr.P.C.
After F.I.R. & investigation by police,why police inspectors are not involving themselves in chargesheet & prosecution?
Without police inspectors involvement in chargesheet & prosecution,public prosecutors can't have strong case for-of-against accused.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
