Antisocials are better than reactionaries.

Antisocial (tamas) force is not dangerous than reactionary (satvam) force within.
Legal police are not dangerous than socio-legal instructors.
Both instruct society.
But rule is reverse elite HEART(instruction of instruction).

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
