USA need engage doctors(chinese) as true socials now.

Social doctors should be ON THE MOVE in car towards personal patients.
Hospital,theatre,stadium & temple are just social means but not social ends now.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
