theory is different to be same as practice.

Practitioners need give guest lecture in class.
Theoriticians need change title of subject.

My next song will be like.....

Theory! You are first and last.
Practice! You are penultimate & ultimate.
But both are different to be same.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
