We want colleges to impart both self-knowledge and social knowledge which can be interchanged.
Personal investment in college must be accountable in society.
For personal statement on subject need be explained at both self & social.
A voice should have name & face.Isn't it?

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
