Culprit is social word, public adminstration.& media.Let's reform it!

Even though principle of public adminstration is to make self responsible,we should reform public adminstration to represent all people towards some people as one.
Public adminstration must be from LIKE(immorality) to LIGHT(morality).
Let noble thoughts come from every side.-rigveda.
So pakistan national character(immoral) must change at first.
Then USA national character(illegal) will change at next.
For indian national congress & al-qaeda will be popular by 2026 AD.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
