Difference of thinking between kota srinivasa rao & kota alivelu manga

I think twice about positive thing in negative view as high moral.
Kota alivelu manga thinks twice about negative thing in positive view as low immoral.
Difference of thinking is in direction.Magnitude of thinking is same.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
