CBI anti-corruption must be attached with jan lokpal.
Post of PM need not be under purview of jan lokpal.


State ACB must be under lok ayukta.


Local adminstration must be under ombudsman.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
