If police are approached by objecting public for direction,they BARK.
If police are approached by complaining public for direction,they BITE.
OBJECTION IS LEGAL DOUBT.
COMPLAINT IS LEGAL REFERENCE.
Objection can be overcome legally.
Complaint can't be overcome legally.

Yes! Vijay Mallya is declared "wilful defaulter" by ED and Banks. Does it mean that vijay mallya has duty to give answer to Arnab goswami questions ? Why don't media think that Vijay Mallya fled India because of heat caused by media ? Does Vijay Mallya have duty towards govt ED,Indian law courts and banks or towards Arnab goswami ?
