Natural law is that knowledge(India) becomes weak when user-mindset public policy executives aspire for seat of power which is exclusive domain of believer-mindset public policy FRAMERS/MOULDERS/MAKERS who are "prevailing as truthfuls". POWER IS PREVAILING TO STAY. But as short-sighted user-mindset people naturally aspire for power,short-sighted policy in Kashmir is inevitable for solving Short-sighted people for power. That means Kashmir issue is not at all people's issue but issue of those who aspire for power.
