India must provide intelligent-answer to intelligent-questions by law. If law is made complex(to)(subjective),then law is naturally respected by all. Purpose of punishment is to deter further occurrences of crime but not seeking revenge on criminal. Legal scholars must know.
Anything toomuch is against law. Any state law having death punishment is not social law.
